That evening, I tip-toed into TGV Indulge, psyched as ever for the dining and movie experience that awaits. Talk about Monday movie dates!

For those who have not noticed, TGV Indulge is the purple-colored lounge, next to the ticket and popcorn counter. It may look pretentious on the outside, but don't get ruffled, feel free to breeze in for movie and meal purchases.

I was there that evening, alongside a few friends, candid and casual as such.

After a couple of photographs and while waiting for dinner to be served, I finally settled down and slumped onto one of the couches. After a long day at the office, this felt like a pleasant way to unwind. The lounge is open to all TGV Indulge ticket holders.

Feeling ravenous? Feel free to order any of the Indulge menu items, before, during or after the movie. That evening, I sampled eight Western infused dishes from their new menu. I couldn't wait to dig in!

Dining at Tgv Indulge.
Butter Mushroom Tempura (Rm14) - The deep fried battered mushrooms were beautifully crusted on the outside, surprisingly non-oily, tucked with a juicy curry mushroom hidden beneath.
Oven Roasted Tomato Soup (Rm14) - One of my surprising favorites of the evening - thick and rich tomato soup topped with generous shreds of crabmeat and garlic toasted crouton.
Meatballs (Rm16) - The beef meatballs came with a hearty dose of savory herb gravy and pico de gallo. I didn't quite like the firm textures of the meatballs however.
Rocket And Fruits (Rm18) - I thought the sweetness of the fruits (grape, mango, tomatoes) was a nice contrast to the bittterness of the rocket leaves.
Pan Baked Mango Chicken (Rm26) - An assortment of flavors in this dish - the mango was sweet and had a hint of sourness to it; the chicken and creamy herb sauce added a nice savory touch to the overall dish.
Broiled Salmon Kabayaki (Rm32) - What a fantastic looking salmon! Nicely flaked and juicy on every mouthful. The dish also came with a wonderful serving of garlic mashed potato, asparagus and mushrooms beneath.
Grilled Lamb Rack (Rm48) - Not a huge fan of lamb, but it was served with my favorite tater tots at the side!
Seafood Rice (Rm38) - Comfort food in all its glory!

With a bloated tummy in tow, and a glass of Hoegaarden (RM25) in hand - yes, alcohol is available - we went for our much awaited movie, Fantastic Four.

Let me tell you this, TGV Indulge would have to be, by far, one of the best cinema I've been to.

I sunggled into their comfortably spacious and reclining seats, alongside soft pillows and comforter in place. There were also a bedside table, each attached with a beeper for food and beverage callings anytime throughout the movie - the total dine-in theatre experience so to speak.

I had warm Brownie Lollipops (RM14) with dark chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream during the movie. What a delightful dessert treat!

Relaxing with the girls right after the movie. On a side note, my verdict of Fantastic Four? Meh.
