My Routine :

For the past couple of weeks or so, I have been routinely taking Project B Hydrolyzed Biomarine Collagen Peptide 5,000mg, for breakfast - best taken while the stomach is still empty. It's a newly curated habit of course, that was not particularly easy to instill, but definitely worthwhile in the long run. Again, results won't happen overnight - collagen is a supplement and not a medicine.

For breakfast, I simply add two tablespoons of collagen into my warm bowl of cooked oats, mixed then savor - very simple to prepare. Like all collagen in powder form, Project B's version have a light fishy taste on it's own. I'd recommend having it with something sweet, be it with a glass of yoghurt or smoothie, but not with food, personal preference nevertheless.  

If I'm the run, I'd simply mix two tablespoons of collagen + one tablespoon of fruit booster (unflavored & unsweetened), in a glass of water. Tip : Use hot water as a base and mix well, else it will clump.

Take two tablespoons once daily for the first 14 days, and one tablespoon once daily after that. 

Tip : If unopened use within 12 months, store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Once opened, product will last 6 months if sealed and stored in the correct conditions. Once mixed in water, product will last 24 hours when refrigerated and 4 hours without refrigeration and away from direct sunlight.

Also to note, I did not experience any side effects from the collagen intake.
